Conclusion of " fundamentals Microfinance Training Program 2023.

Namaa Microfinance Academy and Namaa Small & Microfinance Foundation concluded the 23rd training program on "Fundamentals of Microfinance" for 21 male and female participants from the University of Modern Sciences.
On Sunday, 16th Rabi Al-Awwal 1445, October 1st, 2023, a total of 21 participants from the University of Modern Sciences successfully completed the four-day training program on the "Fundamentals of Microfinance" organized by Namaa Microfinance Academy and Namaa Microfinance Foundation. The program consisted of three hours of training per day.
The objective of the training program was to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge about microfinance, its importance, objectives, and beneficiaries. Additionally, participants were introduced to the social performance and developmental impact of microfinance on both the beneficiaries and the economy as a whole. The program also highlighted the significance of small projects, entrepreneurship, and their role in achieving sustainable development.
The program covered various topics, including distinguishing between small, medium, and large projects, types and sources of financing, the role of finance specialists, financial statements, and how to benefit from international experiences in microfinance to enhance the microfinance sector in Yemen.
This training program aimed to enhance the capabilities and skills of university students in the fundamentals of microfinance and economic empowerment, as well as the services related to sustainable development, enabling them to innovate small projects that improve their income levels.
Namaa Microfinance Academy and Namaa Small & Microfinance Foundation continuously strive to promote and enhance the culture of microfinance in society, recognizing the significant importance of small projects in driving development, combating poverty, reducing unemployment, and working towards self-sufficiency and sustainable development.

Furthermore, the course trainer, Mr. Ziad Al-Sabri, emphasized the importance of conducting such training programs to enhance the culture of microfinance among the community, particularly university students.
