The Nama’a Development and Microfinance Foundation and Nama’a Academy successfully launched the “Modern Executive Secretarial Professional” training program, benefiting 26 female trainees who previously completed the Computer Leadership Diploma at the center.
This initiative, part of a partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), aims to enhance the economic empowerment of young men and women, fostering their active participation in the labor market. By offering various vocational training courses in entrepreneurship, management, and life skills, the program contributes to improving the community's social and economic conditions.
The training focused on developing the personal and technical skills of executive secretaries to meet the demands of today’s work environment. Participants gained essential knowledge and tools to navigate future challenges and adapt to the evolving responsibilities in modern organizations.
At the program's conclusion, Mr. Tawfiq Al-Hakimi, Deputy Executive Director of the Nama'a Foundation, commended the participants for their dedication and encouraged them to pursue further training opportunities. The Director of the Nama'a Business Center highlighted the importance of continuous learning to stay competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.
Trainer Mr. Mufid Sultan praised the participants' commitment and enthusiasm throughout the course. Certificates of participation were awarded to all attendees, marking a significant step towards their professional development.
