We are delighted to share the remarkable success story of Maryam Ali Al-Haddad, a devoted university student and mother of seven children. Through her inspiring journey, Maryam exemplifies the transformative power of determination and compassion. She embarked on a path that not only uplifted her own family but also touched the lives of many others in need.
Maryam's story begins with the arduous challenges of poverty and the struggle to support her family of nine on a meager daily income. Working in the humanitarian field, she witnessed the hardships faced by those she trained, which ignited a desire to shift from dependency to productivity. Fueled by this vision, she established the Hope for Developmental Life Foundation, aiming to provide assistance and support to those in similar circumstances. Through her foundation, Maryam trained numerous girls from underprivileged families, equipping them with valuable handicraft and life skills.
Acknowledging the vital role played by Namaa Small and Microfinance Foundation, Maryam attributes her success to their unwavering guidance and support. They initially funded her essential needs with a generous sum of 57,000 riyals and continued to stand by her side, providing a total of five additional fundings amounting to 620,000 riyals. This financial support enabled Maryam to procure materials for incense and perfumes, sewing tools, handicrafts, and office furniture.
With the blessings of Allah, Maryam's project has blossomed, leading to an expansion of her enterprise, an increase in her income, and an improvement in her living standards. However, her aspirations reach even greater heights, as she envisions establishing the Noble Life Tailoring Workshop and the Fragrant Life Incense and Perfume Workshop.
