Completion of the 11th Training Program in Modern Executive Secretarial Skills
In partnership with UN-ESCWA, Nama’a Development and Microfinance Foundation, and Nama’a Academy, concluded their 11th training program, titled "Modern Executive Secretarial Workshop", with the participation of 18 aspiring female professionals in administrative roles.
The program aimed to build professional capacities and empower participants with modern office skills, covering:
* The evolving role of executive secretaries
* Effective communication and time management
* Task organization using MS Outlook
* Drafting professional reports and official correspondence
* Digital archiving and records management
* Organizing meetings and virtual conferences
* Handling workplace challenges and developing effective behaviors
Mr. Tawfiq Al-Hakimi, Deputy Executive Director at Nama’a, praised the trainees’ commitment and emphasized the role of such programs in enhancing workforce capabilities. He encouraged continued learning through Nama’a’s free e-learning platform, which offers courses in entrepreneurship, admin development, ICDL, graphic design, advanced Excel, and English.
Trainer Mr. Mufeed Sultan applauded the trainees’ engagement and growth, noting their readiness to meet future career demands.
