Nama’a Foundation and Nama’a Microfinance Academy successfully concluded their first training program on supervisory and leadership skills.
On Thursday, 11th of Ramadan, 1445, March 21, 2024, Nama’a Foundation for Development and Nama’a Microfinance Academy completed a training course focused on developing supervisory and leadership skills. The course spanned 7 days, with 20 participants including board members and department managers from the General Administration and the Sana'a district. The training sessions lasted 3 hours per day.

The objective of the training course was to equip the participants with professional knowledge and skills in the development of advanced supervisory and managerial skills. This would have a tangible impact on both the organization and the individuals themselves, enhancing their management capabilities and contributing to the accomplishment of foundational work with excellence and precision.

At the conclusion of the course, Mohammed Ali Al-Faran, Nama’a Foundation for Development and Nama’a Microfinance Academy Head Manager, emphasized the importance of the course and its positive impact on developing leadership and supervisory skills among the participants, which would ultimately enhance the overall performance of the organization.

Dr. Bandar Al-Naboush, the trainer, spoke about the key topics covered during the course, including leadership mechanisms, motivating and evaluating employees, enhancing planning and organizational skills, problem-solving techniques, and the application of modern management principles.

Finally, certificates of participation were distributed to the participants as a recognition of their efforts and active engagement in the training course.
