Namaa Center for Business and Development Honors Graduates of its International Computer Driving License and Excel Diploma Programs!
On Thursday, January 12, 2023, Namaa Center for Business and Development held a closing event for several computer driving courses, honoring 40 male and female graduates. The participants included employees from Namaa Small and Microfinance Foundation, as well as individuals from official and community organizations.
The objective of the 100-hour "Computer Driving" training program was to enhance the participants' computer skills in programs such as Windows, Word, Printing, Excel, Access databases, presentations, and the internet. The program aimed to boost the capabilities of individuals representing official and community organizations.
Furthermore, the 50-hour "Excel Diploma" training program, consisting of three levels (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced), aimed to develop the participants' professional and advanced skills in Excel. The program familiarized them with the features and functions of Microsoft Excel, enabling them to utilize the software effectively in their work environments.
Mohamed Ali Al-Faran, the President of Namaa Center for Business and Development, highlighted that these courses and training programs are part of the center's initiatives for the current year, 2022. They are part of the center's community engagement efforts to enhance the efficiency of employees from various government, community, and private sectors in computer skills, as well as their understanding of computer components and different software.
Al-Faran emphasized the center's commitment to increasing awareness and promoting digital literacy among employees, eliminating computer illiteracy, and enhancing knowledge of information technology and computer usage skills.
Trainer Mohammed El-Sabri commended the participants' creativity and their ability to comprehend and apply the programs, leading to quality projects. He highlighted the diverse training programs executed by the center for different segments of society, with the aim of driving development and contributing to poverty eradication and unemployment reduction.
In conclusion, the graduates were awarded diplomas certified by the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training.
