Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with Nama'a Microfinance Academy, concluded a training course on team building and management for 20 participants, including board members and department managers from the General Administration and the Sana'a district. The course took six days, with three hours of training each day.
The objective of the training course was to equip the participants with professional knowledge and skills in team building and management. This would have a tangible impact on the development of their respective departments and personal growth, enhancing their effectiveness in carrying out foundational work and achieving high-quality results with a comprehensive managerial vision.
At the end of the course, Mohammed Ali Al-Faran, the chairman of Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation and the Head of Nama'a Microfinance Academy, emphasized the importance of the course and its positive impact on developing the participants' skills in team building and management. He highlighted how this would enhance their communication and teamwork skills, leadership abilities, work efficiency, and the creation of a positive work environment. Moreover, it would help them achieve work and foundational goals more efficiently.
Dr. Bandar Al-Naboush, the course trainer, also spoke about the importance of the course and its content. The course covered concepts related to team building and management, including team formation and management goals, team needs, team leader skills, required team skills, stages of team formation, and characteristics of effective team building.
The participants were encouraged to make the most of the course and apply the knowledge gained to improve their foundational performance. At the end of the training, certificates of participation were distributed to acknowledge and appreciate the participants' active engagement and contributions throughout the course.
