Nama'a Academy for Microfinance successfully concluded Workshop 16 on Small Projects and their Importance, benefiting 37 participants. Over the course of three days, 37 students from the Faculty of Agriculture at Sana'a University completed the workshop organized by Nama'a for Small and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with Nama'a Academy for Microfinance.
The workshop aimed to enhance the participants' understanding of small and micro projects, their characteristics, and their role in reducing poverty and unemployment. It emphasized the significance of creating employment opportunities that contribute to the national economy and transform society from being reliant on others to being productive contributors.
This workshop is part of a series of training sessions that aim to disseminate and promote the culture of small projects and microfinance within the community. It seeks to raise awareness about the importance of these projects in driving development, reducing unemployment, and combating poverty.
The workshop covered various topics, including an introduction to different types of projects and their significance, entrepreneurship, and the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Yemen.
