NAMA Development and Microfinance Foundation and NAMA Academy Successfully Conclude "Secretarial Professional" Training Program
NAMA Development and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with NAMA Academy, has concluded the "Secretarial Professional" training program, designed to enhance the skills of 30 trainees from the Facilities Guarding and Personal Protection Police, all of whom are graduates of the Computer Driving Diploma.
The program aimed to equip participants with the personal and technical competencies required to excel in the evolving role of the executive secretary within the modern workplace. As organizations and institutions continue to face dynamic changes, the training provided essential knowledge and tools to help secretarial professionals adapt to new challenges and increased responsibilities.
Mohammed Ali Al-Faran, President of NAMA  Development and Microfinance Foundation  and NAMA Microfinance Academy, highlighted that this training program is part of the Academy's broader initiatives for the year 2024. Al-Faran emphasized the importance of such programs in expanding the knowledge base of employees and ensuring their technical readiness for the demands of their roles.
Brigadier General Ahmed Mohammed Al-Banous, Director General of the Facilities Guarding and Personal Protection Police, congratulated the trainees on completing this distinguished program. He praised NAMA Foundation and NAMA Academy for their commitment to providing valuable training opportunities that enhance employee performance and develop their professional capabilities. Brigadier General Al-Banous also stressed the importance of applying the skills learned during the training to their daily work.
Mr. Mufid Sultan, the course trainer, expressed his appreciation for the trainees' active participation and dedication throughout the program. He encouraged them to implement the knowledge and skills they have acquired in their professional roles.
