Completion of the 3rd Training Program on Networking & Marketing for Small Business Owners
Under the supervision of UN-ESCWA, the Nama’a Development and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with Nama’a Academy, concluded its 3rd training program on Networking and Marketing, with the participation of 26 entrepreneurs from small businesses.
The program aimed to provide a comprehensive vision on how to build effective business networks and leverage them for growth, while introducing up-to-date marketing strategies aligned with today’s market dynamics.
Key topics included:
* Marketing concepts and goals
* Building long-term customer relationships to boost loyalty
* The role of consumers in business success
The 7Ps of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, Physical evidence)
Competitor analysis and product positioning strategies
In his remarks, Mr. Mohammed Sheikh, Project Manager at Nama’a, emphasized the strategic importance of networking and marketing for business sustainability, reaffirming Nama’a’s commitment to delivering impactful programs for entrepreneurs.
Dr. Yahya Al-Ashwal, Financial Director at Nama’a, encouraged participants to benefit from Nama’a Academy’s free online courses in Islamic finance, risk management, and financial product development, in addition to Nama’a Training Center’s programs in ICDL, graphic design, advanced Excel, and English, designed to build local capacities and enhance job market readiness.
Trainer Haifa Al-Ansi highlighted the interactive nature of the sessions, which focused on creative thinking and practical applications to help participants strengthen and grow their businesses.
All training programs by Nama’a are offered free of charge as part of its mission to serve the community, promote economic development, and empower individuals through entrepreneurship and professional excellence.
The program concluded with a certificate ceremony, held in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and optimism for the future of small businesses.
