Nama’a Development and Microfinance Foundation concluded a specialized training program on Humanitarian and Development Project Preparation and Management, with the participation of 23 male and female employees from its Al-Zaidiah Branch in Al-Hodeidah Governorate. The program comes as part of Nama’a’s continuous efforts to build staff capacity and strengthen institutional efficiency.
The training aimed to equip branch employees with practical knowledge and skills in various stages of humanitarian and development project management — starting from project formulation, defining scope, and developing implementation plans, to risk management, monitoring and evaluation, role and responsibility matrices, supply chain management, and indicator design. The course also included practical exercises and interactive activities that enhanced participants’ understanding and experience.
At the closing ceremony, Mr. Balghaith Al-Ahdal, Regional Director of Al-Hodeidah and Manager of the Al-Zaidiah Branch, praised the participants for their discipline and active engagement, extending his appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Al-Hammadi, the course trainer.

He also reaffirmed the commitment of the Foundation’s leadership, represented by Chairman Mohammed Ali Al-Farran, to continued investment in professional training and capacity building.
Participants expressed their gratitude to Nama’a’s leadership for its ongoing attention to staff development and appreciation to the trainer for his efforts in enriching their knowledge and refining their skills.
This program is part of a broader training plan to equip all Nama’a employees with the knowledge and tools for humanitarian and development project management — reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and developing professional cadres capable of creating sustainable developmental impact.
