Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation Welcomes Delegation from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)

Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation had the privilege of hosting a delegation from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Led by Ms. Najwa Maki, Head of the Sub-Office for Strategic Communications Operations at the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs in New York, the delegation aimed to gain insights into Nama's initiatives and programs supporting entrepreneurs and fostering livelihoods in Yemen.
During the visit, the delegation engaged with the foundation's management and team members, highlighting Nama's noteworthy accomplishments in the realms of microfinance, training, capacity-building, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
An integral part of the visit was an exhibition organized by Nama, showcasing dynamic demonstrations of products and small-scale projects that received funding from the foundation. The exhibition provided the delegation with firsthand exposure to Nama's financial programs, underscoring the foundation's commitment to nurturing local businesses and bolstering the domestic market. The exhibition was held within the premises of Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation.
