Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation, along with Nama'a Microfinance Academy, concluded a training program of "Advanced Outlook" for 16 participants from their employees in Sana’a.
Nama'a Development and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with Nama'a Microfinance Academy, concluded a four-day training program called "Advanced Outlook" for 16 of its employees.
The training program aimed to enhance the participants' skills in using software "Advanced Outlook", focusing on equipping them with the necessary knowledge and training in secretary skills, enabling office managers to effectively manage email correspondence, create databases for organizing incoming messages and updates, as well as manage meetings and individual tasks using the "Advanced Outlook" program.
This program is part of the Academy's initiatives for the year 2024, aiming to enhance the efficiency of employees in various government and community entities, as well as the employees of the foundation and the academy, in the process of automation and paperless operations.
"Advanced Outlook" program has become a global benchmark for measuring employees' automation skills and their readiness to perform their duties technically. This is what the Academy strives for by refining the experiences and skills of participants with modern skills required in the job market.
Trainer Mohammed Al-Sabri praised the participants' creativity and their ability to understand and utilize the program for office automation. He highlighted the diverse training programs implemented by the Academy for various segments of society, with the aim of promoting development and contributing to combating illiteracy in computer technologies.
At the closing ceremony was attended by Mr. Hashed Al-Jaberi, the Director of Human Resources at the foundation and Certificates of participation were distributed to the participants.
